Academics

Lighthouse Science Academy is an innovative academy that infuses science in every academic area.  It utilizes the principles of brain based education with the incorporation of multiple intelligences and the learning focus paradigm.  The program of studies for the academy consists of language arts, global studies, mathematics, writing across the curriculum, reading comprehension, art and music appreciation, speech, math and money matters, and technology.

Lighthouse Science Academy has an enrichment center that will offer chemistry, biological sciences and physics for home schooled adolescents.  The enrichment center has a fully equipped laboratory in order to provide hands-on practice based instruction.  
The science and math courses are taught by highly qualified instructors and university professors.
