 Based on
the increase in home schooled children,
Lighthouse
Science Academy
has a vision and passion to provide
quality science and mathematics courses for middle and
high school aged home schooled adolescents.
The
following courses are offered during evening hours:
general science (MW); pre-algebra (TTH); algebra
(MW); biology (MW);
physics (TTH); and geometry
(TTH)
during the academic year.
Home schooled
courses will start at 3:45 and end at 5:45 pm.
The
Lighthouse
Science Enrichment Center is staffed with scientists,
mathematicians, certified teachers and university
professors.
The operating hours of the enrichment
center are 3:45 pm - 5:45 pm Monday through Thursday. There
is a required laboratory component for all coursework at
the enrichment center.
The home schooled students are required to wear the
school uniform polo shirts with the school logo.
